Canning zucchini and summer squash
I was surprised to learn that the fda no longer approves of canning zucchini and summer squash or for that matter most squash anymore. I have canned them with onions all of my life and I find I am now questioning that practice. They are one of my favorite quick sides. Has anyone had a problem with this practice?
