Oasis water pumps

I bought an Oasis hand operated water pump to install over my well for emergency use if/when the grid power goes down. It is similar to a cast iron pitcher pump but is constructed from thermoplastic materials and is guaranteed never to wear out. This pump will accept a threaded adapter to use a 1" or regular garden hose, unlike a pitcher pump which is designed to splash water into a stock tank or sink. It takes regular 2" diameter PVC pipe to set into the well and will pull water up from a depth of 50 feet. Other models are available to draw water from deeper wells.
