How often if ever have you checked your spare tires air to make sure that it can be used if it ever has to be used?

I check the air pressure in all 5 tires once a month. Also carry a portable air compressor that plugs into the cig lighter as well as a couple cans of emergency puncture seal tire repair. Also good to inspect your jack and other tire changing components to ensure they function properly.
