Two treatments actually.
One everyone probably knows about already, willowbark tea. Take some thin strips of bark from a weeping willow tree and boil them in water to make a tea. The amount would be the equivalent of a heaping tablespoon or so. That tea contains a fair quantity of salicylic acid which is actually plain aspirin. Willowbark tea is a good tonic for most kinds of ache or pain usually.
The other treatment is known as accupressure and it really does work. My wife suffers from migraine headaches occasionally and I apply my accupressure technique which gives her immediate and long lasting relief. My technique is to use the thumb and first finger of one hand to pinch the meaty part of your hand between the thumb and first finger of your other hand. Massage this part of your hand in a circular motion for a few to several minutes and your headache will go away.
