1 tube Analgesic Cream (Camphophenique, Paraderm Plus) — Traumeel by Heel Homeopathics
1 box Antacid (Mylanta, Tums, Pepto-Bismal) — Calcium Lactate, Aloe vera, digestive enzymes and Apple cider vinegar.
1 series Antibiotic (Tetracycline for general infections) — d-Lenolate, Grape fruit seed extract and colloidal silver
1 box Anti-Diarrheal (Imodium, Diasorb, Lomotil) — Pro-biotics and charcoal
1 box Anti-fungal (Desenex, Micatin, Tinactin, Lotrimin) — d-Lenolate, Pau D Arco
1 box Antihistamine (Benadryl, Claratyne) — Histamine (Heel)
1 tube Antiseptic Ointment (Neosporin, Dettol) — Good, but d-Lenolate crème or colloidal silver works well also.
1 each Anti-toxin (DMSO) — OK
1 tube Burns (Hydrocortisone, Derm-Aid) — Aloe vera
1 box Cold/Flu Tablets (Nyquil, Repetabs) — Vitamin C complex, Echinacea and Goldenseal
1 box Constipation (Ex-Lax, Dulcolax, Durolax) — Omega 3 fats, Fiber, flax, Oat and /or Acacia not psyllium!
1 bottle Cough Syrup (Robitussen, Dimetap) OK but I prefer Codeine (you can sign for it).and /or an expectorant that includes Guafisnsin (Be sure to drink lots of water).
1 box Decongestant (Actifed, Sudafed, Repetabs) Sinusin (Heel)
1 bottle Eye Drops (Visine) — Allergy Eye Relief by Similasan a (homeopathic)
1 tube Hemorrhoid Relief (Preparation H, Anusol) — Avenoc by Borion

1 box Ibuprofen (Advil, Nurofen, Paracetamol) — Traumeel oral or topical
1 bottle Itching, Insect/Rash (Caladril, Calamine) — Apis Hommacord (Heel)
1 tube Itching (Dibucaine, Paraderm, Lanacane) — Histamine (Heel)
1 tube Lip Balm (ChapStick, Blistex) Burt's Bees, Alba and Kumbo Made
1 tube Lubricant, Water Soluble (K-Y Jelly) — OK but, I prefer Olive oil or Emerita Natural Lubricant
1 bottle Nasal Decongestant (Sinex, Ornex)
1 box Nausea, Motion Sickness (Kwells, Dramamine, Travacalm, Meclizine) Crystilized Ginger or Nox vomica — Homaccord (Heel)
1 box Non-Aspirin Pain Reliever (Tylenol)
1 box Pain, Fever Reducer (Panadeine, Mobigesic) OK but, I prefer Aspirin
1 box Pain Reliever with Codeine (Panamax, Tylenol 3) — Good
1 Prescription (a supply of any you are taking)
1 jar Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) — Butter not margarine
1 bottle Poison Ivy/Oak (Dermarest Poison Ivy Mousse or Ivarest) — all OK but Poison ivy/oak Hylands homeopathics is an alternative as is Histamin.
1 packet Poison Absorber (Activated Charcoal) — Good
1 bottle Radiation Protection (Potassium Iodide-[KI] or Potassium Iodate-[KIO3] either is fine) — Good
1 can Sunburn Relief (Solarcaine, Paxyl) — Aloe vera
1 bottle Sunscreen (SPF 15 at least) — Alba Sunscreen 30spf or stay out of too much sun!
1 bottle Vomit Inducer (Ipecac, Activated charcoal) — if necessary other wise use Probiotics
1 tube Yeast Infection Treatment (Gyne-Lotrimin, Monistat) — Probiotics, oral and as vaginal suppositories
