Star model BM 9MM

I received an email from AIM SURPLUS stating that they had received a shipment of police department trade in Star 9MM pistols. They were selling these pistols for $189 so I took the bait and ordered one. Its a nice unit, used but in good condition with a clean bore. It looks like a smaller version of a Colt 1911 without the grip safety. Came with one 8 round magazine, all parts are hammer forged steel and its heavy for its size. Took it to the range and fired it and was surprised at how accurate it was. Nice crisp trigger release. These pistols were made in Spain during the 1970s and are no longer being manufactured but for the price they are a great find. These units would be a nice girl gun due to their smaller size and light recoil.
