What happened to spring ?

April 20th and its 32 degrees this morning. I have planted only snow peas so far due to the unusual cold temperatures this year and am starting to wonder if we will go directly to summer and bypass spring altogether. Last year at this time we had 90 degree temps in April. I feel like we are way behind on the planting schedule and will have to play catch up once it warms up.
