Bugging YOUR Home and Your Life

Post by Watchman »

I used to think that bugging the homes of everyday folks was a province of a paranoid friend that I have known for twenty-some years. With the recent revelation that the 2010 census will make use of GPS and micro-dots placed on YOUR front door, I'm not so sure anymore that our privacy is safe. Homesteaders and preppos have never wanted much more than to be left alone, to do their thing in peace and harmony with their surroundings and their neighbors. I don't believe "they" are going to allow that, that we are going to be controlled more-and-more in the months and years ahead, all part of the socialist mindset. Uncle sugar will control our lives from cradle to grave and will decide IF we are born and when we die.

Some may think this thread is stretching things a bit but defense of our homestead means just that, not just physical defense but acquiring the mindset to protect our family, ourselves, and our property. I think it would be interesting to read of your experiences in this grey, but important, area. Now use your head, tell the story in the third person without names or anything else that could call attention to the conversation.

I don't want to hear opinions - just the facts maam (or sir). If you use it to rant, your post will never see the light of day. You can use it to relate stories of government (worthless federal, state and local) bureaucracy but don't mention names or make threats.

Your story just may help someone else down the road.

First I would like to say I NEVER answer a survey , no matter from who or about what , If it's mail survey goes to trash can , if on phone I say sorry I am working do not have time and hang up , also a lot of this can be a scam too ! For the 2000 census I lived in Pa. at the time , they mailed me forms , 2 times I put in trash , then they got my phone no. so I would say , How do I know you are for real not a SCAM and hang up 2 times, then they came to my door and I did not answer door 3 times , so the Guy next door came and told me the 2000 Census taker could not reach me , so he told them how many people lived in my house , I told him off good too and basely told him to go to hell and mind his own business next time , that makes people go nuts and hate you big time ! ALso one time I would go to a public range in Maryland and one day I was shooting some test reloads and was shooting at wood to see how far and deep round would go , and this guy pulled out badge and said he was off duty park Ranger , and he said you can't do that , so I told him how I was doing testing , make it short , I had to tell him to mind his own business and go to hell , of course I was holding A 3006 at the time. he got all red faced , and said I got your number when you checked in the park , A self fill out form that you droped it box on entry but I always put down MICKEY MOUSE and not your business on form ,NEVER got in trouble for that too... HOPE THIS HELPS ! 308guns :)

I have been thinking about this scenario for a couple of days now. For an old timer like myself it is hard to imagine the census takers micro chipping anyones house with a GPS locator. I know that this technology does exist and I suppose some beurocrat is chomping at the bit in anticipation of using this new age equipment on the peons. They want total control, and I agree with the statements above and will not play their games. If you read the articles about implantable micro chips in Popular Mechanics/ Mechanics Illistrated as well as the "Verichip" locator chips own product information papers, these publications state that the chip is powered by the bodies own heat. This heat energy is converted into electrical energy that powers the chip. How can a chip that is affixed onto your house work properly without any heat to power it? This must be a passive/reflective type of unit that is scanned from an orbitting satelite or a handheld detection unit in the street, or something similar to the RFI chips now being employed by commercial stores.
In all the years I have lived I can honestly say that I do not ever recall being interviewed by a census taker. Before I bought this land I moved around a lot and was never in one place long enough to establish a permanent residence. My wife and I have lived here for almost 31 years and no census taker has ever come out here to interview us. It is just too far out in the sticks. Maybe they came out when we were gone but if so, they did not leave any note or other paperwork to fill out, and some neighbor would have told us if ANY federal types had arrived. I am not against the census itself. Article 1 in the U.S. Constitution states that a census be taken every 10 years to determine how many representatives should be allowed for a particular state. What I object to is the unecessary, personal questions being asked and any location devices being attatched to my house. the entire concept is just too Big Brotherish. Today I walked around my house looking very carefully for any such devices and found none. I have emailed friends and family members from coast to coast and northern and southern borders and no one has seen the census takers yet. They will be coming in the near future and we can only hope that a vociferous public outcry will halt any GPS location devices from being stuck to our houses.

Lets hope your analysis is a good one that we can all latch on to. But I did read once of a micro-dot that was coated with some sort of photo voltaic material that enabled it to survive on its own. Some of these census takers could give a sh** less; they're in it for the money. On the last census I was asked what race I belonged to and I answered "human" and the answer was accepted. There has been SOOOooo much on the internet about this - it has become viral (taken on a life of its own). My only contention is that where there is smoke, there is fire. Evidence the report out of Missouri about the possibility of 'veterans as terrorists'. That turned out to be a true bit of homeland insecurity.

 Just did a google search for information on this GPS/census and there are 52 pages about the rush to tag every house in the country. This is happening now and started in April, a full year before the census is to start. Uncle Obama is in a big hurry to mark our houses with Rahm Emanuel leading the charge. From the statements and attitudes of the articles authors, this program will never get off the ground. Oh, I suppose there are some brain dead sheeple who will do what they are told but no one is going to get away with Marking my turf with a GPS locater chip. Apparently all houses are to be marked within 40 feet of the front door. This may be to help foreign troops who are unfamiliar with the area and can't read street signs, to find your house via the GPS unit. What concerns me the most is the satelite weapons technology we are unaware of that may be used against us during a time of civil unrest and the GPS tag on our houses could direct these weapons with precision right to our front door. :x

Most Americans are brain-dead SOBs who say 'it couldn't happen in America.' It has been happening since 1933, in increments. Franklin the Red began the journey and every swingin' d*** since then has been --- NOT ELECTED --- but annointed. Bushmaster II is the one who solidifed the groundwork for martial law. All Obammy is doing is implementing it. Its happening in degrees so that the sheeple don't notice it.

It seems that there was a plan to tag every building in the continental U.S. with a GPS coordinate, started back during the Clinton administration at the same time he launched the geologic survey of the U.S.of A. I have downloaded and installed the program called GOOGLE EARTH and while using this program I have discovered that every building I touch with the curser will give me a GPS lattitude and longitude number. It does not matter where you look, rural farm buildings, remote cabins in the forest or commercial structures in the major cities, all buildings and vacant land has been assigned a GPS set of coordinates. This system is so accurate that the numbers change slightly by moving the cursor from the front door to the back door of my house. What this means is that our military already has the technology in place to fly a cruise missle through your front door if it so desires. With all of these new systems already in place and up and operating, why are the census people applying a GPS tag or marker to everyones house? Is this just a cover story to cause a distraction so we are all watching this census taking procedure while we should be looking at something else?

Lest we forget, the Google Earth system tags a building - yes, but it does not necessarily cross-check with names, property records, etc. The census GPS DOES, at least when you complete the census next year. One of the first things listed on the census is "What is your telephone number in case we have a question about your answers?" Although your name is NOT listed on the census, your phone number is. A simple way to identify those, among other things, who have military experience.

**Moderator this is probably in the wrong section, but you may move it to an appropriate area.*

Just some information on the census and my firsthand account of a run in with a census taker.

First off I will gladly answer one and only one question that the census asks, that is the one that is required by the U.S. Constitution and is "How many people live here?" The thing is, I don't think the Constitution says that I have to be completely honest about that though. Any other questions asked no one is bound to answer them because they are not authorized to do so via Article 1 Section 2 of the United States Constitution.

Also as for those that have never had a census taker visit them because they live so far out, you may want to prepare yourselves this year. Census takers are getting paid $8 plus dollars an hour and $.51 cents per mile with unlimited mileage so long as they work no longer than 40 hours in a weak. So you can just about guarantee someone will come to see you soon.

As for my personal experience I had a woman knock on my door the other day and when I answered she said she was from the here to ask some questions relating to the census. I politely told her that the census was taken every 10 years and she was a year early to come back next year. She sort of ignored this comment and started to ask about my address and how long I had lived here. I told her that I was not going to answer those questions, due to my Constitutional rights, but I would gladly tell her how many people resided here next year. She then accused me of being un-American and stormed off my porch. Before backing out of the driveway I could see her looking at her GPS and typing furiously on a laptop.

To be fair, I was, once, a "sheeple," or brain dead Amerikan. Having been brought up in the welfare (free babysitting) public fool system, I believed what I was taught (patriotism over God, etc.). It was only after my ox got gored, so to speak, I learned justice was a purchased thing available only to those who could afford it (and that it was all smoke and mirrors). As such, I try to be a bit more tolerant of the ignorant.

The foregoing aside, I can become quite animated when people who allege themselves public functionaries pry into my life. For example, local and state "authorities" who desire information of me, often, find themselves the subject of extensive investigation of their agencies (laws ref. in chpt. 42.56 RCW, the codification of "State of WA's Public Records Act).

On matters of privacy, my law is abundantly. Laws pertaining to my privacy rights are actually redundant and are quite clear. For example, protections of those rights may be found at both the state and federal level (e.g., article one, sections seven and nine of the constitution for The State of Washington and the fourth and fifth amendments to the federal constitution). Those cites affirm my right to remain private in my affairs and that I cannot be compelled to give information which/that could be used against me.
Inasmuch as I am possessed of barely adequate IQ to function and that I have a minimal education, I cannot claim any certainty as to what, that I say, might be used against me. Therefore, I, frequently, exercise the aforementioned protected liberties and, to the best of my ability, refrain from disclosing information. Too, I am known to make inquiries. For example, Title 5, sec. 552A of the United States Code is known as the Privacy Act and it and related laws make clear my right to know how information will be used, before it can be demanded. Vague responses are not adequate, by the way. I have the right to know if my family and Christian names will be associated with it, to know of the agencies and individuals who will have access to it, and if it can be used against me.

For example, if I were a secret billionaire [hiding out in my single-wide trailer] and not paying taxes on those billions, I, certainly, would not want to admit or point to the fact. Add to the fray the fact that case law affirms that agencies cannot withhold any right, benefit or privilege conditional to my exercise of another.

So, in summary, I must say, yes, "they" may know I exist, that I am one of the Citizens comprising the government known as The State of Washington and a few other minor details. But they have no more right to my detailed private information than I do to their STD or PAP smear results (gads I got in trouble for incorporating that into my legal writings filed with Satan's system of things).

"On matters of claims of census workers tagging every door, several people have talked about devices being planted on the houses. I ask all considering these theories to think outside the box and, when doing so, to consider the following:

1) We know the world has long been divided into longitudinal and latitudinal grids.
2) We know GPS devices that rely on satellites orbiting our planet exist and with these, we can pinpoint addresses in every city, county and state of the several states operating in union.
3) We know that we mere mortals can purchase these items at many stores.
4) We know governments can afford to buy or build systems like those we can acquire, but that are far more effective.

If we have used one of these devices, we also know:

5) We can press a button, or two, to tag locations we are at to retrieve directions to return to them later. Of course, we can pump in addresses and such and they "magically" appear on our GPS screens.
6) We can determine, accurately, our automobile speed and compare it to our speedometer with relative confidence.

The point of all this is your/my house and any other locations can be "marked" (actually, it probably already is) without us knowing it. The only thing they can't do is, as was elsewhere noted, determine who lives at a given location. However, this can be done, at least temporarily, by those we call census takers.

Okay, thinking outside the box, the "bug" that bothers me is not the "marking", per se'. The invasive questionnaire conducted by a non-governmental entity is the fly in the ointment. Some of the questions are so probing ( for instance, are you a veteran and do you receive retiree medical care). Think about it, a person who has spent a career in the military is probably [generally] more versed in tactics that disrupt or stifle forced change [combat, infiltration, secrecy]. Is everybody getting the picture :?: For the first time in history the worthless federals can pinpoint in a flash just where these "malcontents" live.

Reading what has been posted in this section plus what I have been seeing/hearing about in a four state area where I live...I think "they" seem to be targeting the potentially defiant parts of the country in their efforts of targeting/recording homesteads and the people that live there. We have had nothing...no sightings whatsoever around where I live. I have family in northern rural areas of this state and the next that have gotten the knocks on their doors...same in Kentucky and Tennessee. I know a fellow that pursued a job with the census to gain knowledge and have some control over what is going on...they have him and his responsibilities targeting the rural areas of the state south of us...why the rural areas this year?

Because they realize that all the independent thinking, hard headed, stubborn people live in the sticks and for the most part, the go along to get along groupthinkers live in the cities. They know that the resistance will come from the rural folks because it is in their nature and that particular mentality is required to live the often times uncomfortable lifestyle of the farmers, ranchers, loggers, miners and others who choose to live out in the boonies. The people who reside in the cities will be easy to contain and exterminate whereas the country types are use to the outdoors and are accustomed to the hardships of bad weather and they are more likely to resist, or at least try to escape and evade. Just my 3 cents worth.

Well, how has the census been working for everyone?
Recently, couple of weeks ago, some unnamed census taker/investigator came to my house, I was not present at the time.
My mother in law was here and answered the investigator's questions without hesitation.
Bad thing was, I had discussed this with everyone in our household and said to them do not answer any questions other than "How many people live at this address?". She told them everything they asked; who lived here, their names, their employer, their age, their affiliations, you get the picture. Now I have to be much more circumspect than I have been in the past because my home and life are now firmly on their radar and I doubt I can get it removed. :x  :x

Still absolutely zero census activity here. I heard on the local radio that they have laid off most of the census workers who were tasked with going door to door doing follow up interviews. Can't verify that fact .

The door to door group hit most of the towns around here but I have not seen or heard of them being in my town. I am going to go look for dots. We don't have mail boxes though. May check out my mail slot! : P

A couple of weeks ago we had a census taker knock on our door asking questions about a house across the road. It’s a rental and was empty at the time. Between my dog barking none stop at them and me repeating, “I don’t know” they stopped at about three questions and took off.

If you are going to be blue or red-dotted, it has already been done via the marking of your residence by the "census" people. It would not be something as obvious as a red or blue dot. It may be a digital representation of such that the GPS system picks up and neatly prints into a listing.

Talked to my neighbors...no one has seen any census workers or folks with gps this year or last. I guess it is possible an entire street could miss either of those events but it is doubtful since almost everyone is retired and rarely moves from home. Most are flower people and puttering in their yards. Heck dots are not needed...just google our street and there we are!

My Mom had so many census people come to her door. She gave the info to them but they still kept coming back saying they did not have her info. I wonder now if they were some of those scammers that you now hear about on the news. She gave names, dates of birth, and who owned her home. She did not let them in though. I wanted to give her heck but I don't want to upset her. Then again...she never did receive the original form in the mail and even called to get one. Mom is old school and feels the census is our duty as is voting. I am grateful she did not get that form!
