This is an interesting outfit and concept. Machining will be a necessary capability to keep up some of the items we have become so dependent on. We are fortunate in that our well can be reached with a bucket; we have ample springs and a running creek from that spring output. For those of you that must pump your water from deep in the ground, it is essential you have a working pump. I’m sure most of you have a backup, but when the primary goes, it still needs to be repaired or you lose your backup.
We have been programmed by business and consumerism to believe we need new stuff, whether it be electronics, clothing, or tools. Rather than buying a machining mill, how nice to find a way to give new life to “junk”.
