High Blood Pressure

by fern » 27 Sep 2012 08:47

High blood pressure is often a symptom of caffeine whether in coffee, tea, cocoa, soft drinks, etc. All of these are high acid foods that will thicken your blood and slow your body's metabolism down. First line of defense when your blood pressure is too high is to remove caffeine products and replace with distilled or properly filtered water and check your progress for a week or two.
