I had a P.S. to add about the fire add a couple of bottles of water that will help keep inside a little cooler from the fire... bottles will break in heat but help inside of the dryer/washing machine...

you can use your washing machine and dryer to keep safe papers of value , put papers to protect in a G.I. ammo can or small locking metal box that will fit in both your washing machine and dryer. If you must make a run for it because of a fast moving storm or fire ,, even if the building gets burned down or leveled by strong storm winds , the washing machine or dryer most of the time do not get destroyed :thumbs:
