Winter means shorter days and colder weather, but it doesn’t mean the wild plants are all gone. In this post I’ll go over 7 plants you can forage in Winter. It is true that many plants go dormant and die back in the Winter, especially depending on your location, however there are still quite a few plants to find. As long as you know what plants to look for in the Winter, you can enjoy a long walk outside, and find medicinal and edible plants along your journey!
