I had a foot pump that my son-in-law broke so I insisted 'if you're going to use the tools, if you break it, you replace it.' He replaced it with a foot pump that he bought at Wally World and lo and behold, it was made in the USA. I had informed him that I would not accept any Chinese tools!
The manual foot pump came in handy just last week. I have a slow leak in one of the rear tires and I was able to pump it up again in the garage. Not to mention it's usefulness for bicycles and other pneumatic things.
