I am currently doing a mini-study of the benefits and effects of KVASS. Here is an article that explains it.

What prompted me to do it was that I had run out of my daily probiotic supplement so I decided to make my own. Mine is being made with oranges, apples, strawberries, blueberries and Himalayan pink salt.
The jury will be out for a time.
