Great info! I constantly struggle with this regarding my preps. Two family members are Type-1 diabetic (dependent on insulin). If the grid goes down, insulin disappears, my family members die.

Not being able to store and use insulin in the case of an emergency loss of power is NOT an option for this family! I have been perplexing about it for years.
