Due to an overabundance of red raspberries this year we have started to freeze them for long term storage. I have been picking a large 64 ounce tub full every day without fail so we have been washing them in cold water, then drip dry before placing in mason jars and sticking in the freezer. We have never done this before with berries but thought we would give it a try so we could have berries year around.
