If you love bananas like my son and need to buy them in bulk to survive a week here's a good tip. When you get home separate them all from each other, they will ripen slower and therefore last longer!

Also, a fun snack for kids, coat fresh bananas that have been placed on a skewer or popsicle stick in chocolate, coat in nuts or topping of choice (optional) and freeze them. Great fun and easy snack thats not too bad if you limit the amount of chocolate. :thumbs:
