How about just scrambling them then dehydrating them to make your own version of powdered eggs?
I wonder if eggs can be hard boiled, sliced and dried like is done with fruit?

another to save eggs is to pickle them , first hard boil and put in a big balk jar and fill it with eggs and vinegar and a little sea salt. and milt wax around lid for air tight seal.....

In the old days, they used water glass (sodium silicate) and dipped the eggs in it to seal them, extending the storage life. You can also use it to seal wood, concrete, or other surfaces, but it must be heated to avoid it leaching away in the rain and such.
