Honey itself if amazing, it can treat so many things from skin conditions to allergies. Great stuff.

A mix of raw honey and apple cider vingar ,will help clear colds/sure month. help sinus too.1 full table spoon will do it , repeat if needed, or take if cold is coming on...too :cowboy:
